Aeotec TriSensor: Essential data for intelligent automation
Every Z-Wave Smart Home relies on data for truly intelligent automation—automation that makes a home smart, responsive, and secure. The Aeotec TriSensor provides your smart home with three essential types of data. Three different sensors are crafted into the Aeotec TriSensor’s impossibly small design: a motion sensor to monitor room occupancy, a temperature sensor to manage the environment, and a light intensity sensor to control connected lighting.
At only 1.77 inches in size and weighing only 50 grams, the Aeotec TriSensor is compact and can be placed almost anywhere in your home. It offers four different installation possibilities: in the corner, on a shelf, beam, or in the Aeotec Recessor.
Motion Sensor
The motion sensor detects movement up to 7.5 meters away. It can also be adjusted and calibrated to suit your needs, such as avoiding an alarm triggered by a pet.
Temperature Sensor
The temperature sensor is accurate and detects temperatures in the range from -10°C to 50°C (+/- 1°C). The temperature can be used to control heating devices. Additionally, the Aeotec TriSensor can control a directly associated device if the temperature exceeds a configured level.
Light Sensor
The light sensor measures light intensity from 0 to 30000 Lux and can automate ambient lighting based on daylight conditions.
