Shelly Motion is a Wi-Fi smart wireless motion sensor with a built-in thermometer and light sensor.

Thanks to the latest generation of Silicon Labs IoT Wi -Fi technology, the product incorporates one of the world's lowest power Wi-Fi chips, so despite the continuous (non-sleeping!) Wi-Fi connection, the 6500 mAh rechargeable high-battery device promises over 1 year of operation time for 6 hours of motion sensing per day!

As with other Shelly devices, it connects directly to your Wi-Fi router, no gateway or hub required. Thanks to a dedicated WiFi connection with a fixed IP address, the manufacturer promises a response time of more than 200 ms, so you can walk into a room and instantly switch on a light connected to another Shelly device!

The device's motion sensitivity can be set on a 256-level sensitivity scale, so you can fine-tune the amount of distance and motion detected using the sensitivity settings. To protect against movement and tampering, you can also set 128 sensitivity levels for vibration sensitivity!

Shelly Motion can control not only a single device, such as a Shelly WiFi smart connector or a Shelly relay-connected motorised shutter, but also automate the control of multiple devices with Shelly Cloud Scene (smart control).

The device is equipped not only with a motion sensor, but also with a built-in lux (light intensity) meter and a vibration sensor.

It's compatible with the Shelly Cloud app for Android and iOS smartphones, as well as Amazon Alexa.
