SmartWise shade / blind motor is an easy way to motorize your traditional shutter and blinds working with chain or cord. Also, by pairing and combining with SmartWise RF Bridge Pro RF gateway you can also add APP-based remote control and scheduled open/close automations.
The motor works with a built-in rechageable battery, so it can be installed in a fully wireless way. The battery powers the engine for approx. 20-80 days without any charging, and its solar panel attachable to the window charges the battery every day. The device has Up / Stop / Down button on the motor itself, but it can also be remotely controlled with factory RF remote controller (part of the product). Absolutely perfect choice to install it to hard-to-reach shaders, even with no electricity around.
Used together with SmartWise RF Bridge Pro for Shutters RF gateway, it becomes controllable from the eWeLink smart home app, adding scheduled open / close commands also become possible in the app.
Compatible with most shades and blinds:
RF shade / blind motor is compatible with most types of blinds: vertical blinds, venetian blinds, micro and mini blinds, panel blinds, pleated blinds, cellular blinds, roman shades, roller shades, zebra blinds, striped blinds, bamboo blinds, blackout blinds, pleated curtains, and other blinds or shutters.
It is really a great choice to add motor and convert a traditional shade into a smart blind later on.
It works with different types of beaded or drawstring blinds, thanks to the three different gears / chain adapters that also provide the most suitable fit for plastic, metal or textile cords. (The motor cannot be used with crank or rod shades).

RF remote control:
SmartWise RF shade / blind motor is equipped with an RF receiver and the product is shipped with a 433.92 MHz RF remote controller with Dooya encoding. So one can also control the motor with the remote controller from a distance up tp 20 meters, not just with the buttons on the motor itself. A nice magnetic wall holder is also provided for the elegant remote controller, which can be fixed on the wall with screws on a two-sided adhesive.
The remote controller can be paired with the motor with one single click.
SmartWise RF shade / blind motor's RF receiver and the RF remote controller is compatible with SmartWise RF Bridge Pro for Shutters RF-WiFi gateway for eWeLink app (not part of the product), which makes the motor remotely controllable from the eWeLink app, as well as, adds supports for scheduled open and close settings.
Easy-to-install:
The product contains a wall fix adapter, fixable by screws and a very strong double-sided adhesive (accessory), and you may install the motor to the wall with buttons facing you or by the side, too. The exact position on the wall can be measured and marked on the wall with an installation template (also provided with the product).
After fixing the wall holder on the wall, just select and plug the best gears / chain adapters into the engine, and plug in the chain or the cord tightly. Installation is done and you can start using your blids motor.

After installation, it is advised to set the end-points of the shade so that the shade automatically stops when it reaches the top or bottom end.

Remote control from eWeLink app via the internet, scheduled open/close, Alexa and Google Assistant voice commands:
SmartWise RF shade / blind motor is equipped with an RF receiver only, no WiFi chip in the product, therefore the motor itself CAN NOT support remote control or scheduling by default.
However, as the RF receiver of the motor and the remote controller is compatible with SmartWise RF Bridge Pro for Shutters, you may make your blind motor smarter by connecting it to the eWeLink gateway (sold separately).
When the SmartWise RF shade / blind motor is used together with a SmartWise RF Bridge Pro for Shutters special RF gateway:
- it connects to the WiFi and eWeLink cloud via the gateway - becomes remotely controllable from eWeLink app
- Remote ON / OFF – Wherever you are, you may open or close the blinds or shade from the app
