How to order with a forwarding service?
Step 1 – Sign up to get a forward2me EU address
Follow the quick and simple steps on forward2me website to sign up with forward2me and receive your personal EU forwarding address, e.g. a German warehouse address.
Step 2 – Order the smart home products from us
Order the required smart home products in our webstore using your forward2me EU address (e.g. the German warehouse of forward2me) as the delivery address. Pay for the products (with the 19% VAT applicable for deliveries to Germany) in our web store, and the shipping cost to Germany,
Step 3 – forward2me warehouse receives and forwards your parcel
forward2me will soon notify you when they receive our package and you can instruct forward2me where and how to ship your package internationally.
Step 4 – Your Parcel is shipped
Make payment for the forwarding at forward2me web site with a credit card, PayPal account or Bank Transfer. Once payment is made, they arrange to ship your package/s using your preferred shipping option.
Step 5 – Your parcel arrives at your doorstep
You will typically receive delivery of your parcel within 1-4 working days of the date of dispatch from the forward2me depot depending on the country you live in and the courier service used. This can also vary depending on local customs processes. Customs duties may be payable in some countries and they are your responsibility. You will need to sign for your goods when they arrive.
Important notes:
Forward2me is a third party service, fully outside of our control. Additional costs of package forwarding has to be paid to forward2me service. You also may be charged with customs in certain countries. Our delivery service is completed and is deemed successful when your package reaches the forward2me German warehouse. Also, please note that as products are shipped to a German address, German VAT rate will be applied to your order in our web store.
